Would it be bad manners if...

Would it be considered bad manners if I asked that enteries be limited to actual opinions or statements? Please, no links to obscure "things" unless there is a relevant reason that can be explained within the summary.

If this is considred bad manners on my part, then possibly I am misunderstanding the purpose of this YOUR TAKE blog and should look elsewhere.
